This is the second time this buyer has reached out to me in regards to an order. In the past month, I have spent so much time talking and discussing an order with the buyer, i'm talking WEEKS. He agrees to them, and then has a new excuse as to why he cannot send payment every other day it seems! I explained to him my time is valuable and do not want to be ran around in circles, a message which he read and never responded to! This has been happening too often, and hence my review. If he follows through, I will be happy to change it.
