Asked for a custom order with an accompanying video. Agreed to pay and asked to proceed with the order. Prior to sending the order and video I reminded him I was just waiting on payment. A couple weeks went by and no response though I can see the messages have been read. It appears to be a pattern, so I would avoid this buyer altogether or ensure payment is received before any content in sent this persons way.

Unfortunately, this buyer requested a custom order, then didn't pay, ghosted and ignored multiple messages when it was time to pay after the work was done, instead of communicating to work something out. :(
