He was great at first, got everything ready for his order he then said he needed to wait which we completely understood. When it came time to place the order he sent his Venmo (which we don’t normally accept but we did for him) sent the request for it and he ghosted. That was a week ago. We went and bought the specific item he had requested did the video and everything and still haven’t received anything. He hasn’t communicated and won’t respond to messages. We’ve tried multiple times to reach out and have not received any response. We hate leaving bad reviews and will gladly take this down once the problem is resolved
